Cancellation Policy

I value your time and I appreciate your custom. I devote the appointment time to you so that we can focus on your results.

 I would like you to do the same, by complying with my cancellation policy.

I do require a full 48 hours cancellation notice at no charge, so that I can offer your appointment to someone else.

Late cancellation fee is a 50% charge of the total of your bill. Late cancellation means less than 48hrs notice

No show fee is a 75% charge of the total of your bill and you will be asked to pay upfront to re-book any future treatments. 

Cancelling on the day, within a few hours of your appointment is a 75% charge as it will be unlikely that I can fill the slot with

such a short notice.

Please note, that if you turn up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, 

the treatment might be shortened, or we may need to reschedule your appointment and a 75% charge will be applied

to your missed appointment.

Please note, all Christmas bookings must be booked online.

Consultation charges are redeemable against your skin treatment within 6 weeks from the date of your consultation.

All new clients must use our online booking service to make their first appointment.

All appointments made online must be confirmed via the app.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel an appointment if;

- Requested booking fee is not paid

- You fail to attend for patch testing

- Any form of threat or abuse towards team members or clients will

not be tolerated

Refund Policy

Products, gift vouchers and services are NON- refundable. If you have pre-purchased a course of treatments, the cancellation policy applies. If you miss an appointment, you will lose the treatment out of the treatment plan. If you turn up late, and your appointment needs to be rescheduled, the missed appointment will be an additional cost or lost out of your treatment plan and an additional £15 will be charged for admin fee. Please note that not completing the recommended course of treatments, can negatively impact your results.

Should you wish to raise a complaint regarding a service that you have received from myself, please email me with any evidence that you have hello@nikolettvegh.com within 7 days of your treatment.

Gift vouchers have a 6 months validation date. If you would like to use an expired voucher there will be an additional cost of £15 for admin fee.

House Rules

 

 I am able to offer you refreshments and as part of our Risk Assessment, we will provide you with it when it is safe to do so. 

 

Certain treatments will not allow you to enjoy a hot drink, however I can of course provide you with water.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be used on products.

Please note that eNVybeauty Gift Vouchers are

not valid for treatments with Patricia or Dr. Bhavik.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months and must be presented upon payment.

Please note that all treatments that require a patch test, it MUST be carried out at least 48hrs prior to your appointment. We will not make exceptions and appointments will only be confirmed once patch test had been carried out.

New clients and clients that had the jabs, developed new allergies, will need a patch test for brows and lash tint, lash lift and tint services.

Hygiene & Quality

I am super proud of the hygiene and cleanliness. 

I use branded products to maintain high quality and safety for

my clients and for myself.

Where needed, I will be wearing PPE and the workspace and equipment  is cleaned and disinfected in between clients.

 

The towels and sheets we use are washed at 60 degrees and tumble dried for your safety. 

 

 When it comes to waxing, I DO NOT double dip the spatulas.

I use pre wax cleanser for your skin and a soothing oil to keep the skin hydrated & calm after waxing.

 

Using disposable and metal foot rasps for your pedicure treatments are the most hygienic ways for your safety.

 

Your safety and relaxation experience is my priority, please feel free to chat to me about any concerns you might have.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions. Your child's information will be collected from the parent or guardian on the time of their visit. We ask that you accompany your child to their appointment or give written consent for someone else to take your child to their appointment. Please note that some of our treatments are age restricted such as advanced skin care, waxing, eyelash tint and lift, hair colouring or perming/Brazilian blow dry due to the strength of the ingredients or the nature of the treatment.

    We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
