Since I was a child, I had a really tricky relationship with food. At home there was not a lot to eat and in nursery, I was being force fed and made to feel ashamed if I didn't eat what was put in front of me. This was coming from an emotional place, rather than a physical ailment, but as the years went by and my relationship with food deteriorated, slowly the signs on my body started to show. I was 27 years old, when I self-diagnosed my coeliac disease, and began to really take care of my body.
It turned out, that food is an actual love language of mine and I absolutely love food now and I take care of my body, like never before. I had learned to feed myself nourishing foods and take care of myself and my family. I also realised that food and nutrition is a massive part to hormonal, mental, emotional and physical health.
I decided to train as a nutritionist and help my clients with their long term goals. I felt, that a piece of puzzle was missing from the whole picture, when it came to delivering the results my clients were seeking.
Food supports your whole being from your inside out. It effects your physical, mental and emotional well -being. It is the simplest way to create wellness within your body, mind and skin.
